- User is intermittently unable to log into CMC or BI Launch pad after changing the password.
- Get the following error:
"Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"
- CMS logs show the following lines:
Disabled account for user <UserName>
Invalid password for <UserName>
SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.x
disabled, cannot log in , KBA , BI-BIP-ADM , BI Servers, security, Crystal Reports in Launchpad , Problem
