2802353 - User cannot log in to BI Launch pad or CMC intermittently after changing password

Symptom

  • User is intermittently unable to log into CMC or BI Launch pad after changing the password.
  • Get the following error:

"Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"

  • CMS logs show the following lines:

Disabled account for user <UserName>

Invalid password for <UserName>
