2802380 - Italy Statutory Report is Missing Transactions in the Generated Document

Symptom

Please note: This KBA is relevant for Localization Italy.

After scheduling generation of  Journal – Italy statutory report, you see that some of the transactions are missing in the generated document.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the General Ledger work center.
  2. Choose the Periodic Tasks view.
  3. Select the Statutory Reports subview.
  4. Click on Journal - Italy report.
  5. Select the Run Name PQR and click on View tab (PQR represents the Rund Name).
  6. Click on Next in the Selection tab.
  7. Click on Preview to view the data and it shows the last transactions are missing in the document.

Cause

The issue is due to the backend check for Journal Italy Report. Multiple forms will be generated if there is a huge amount of data in a particular month. Hence, you need to clikc on Print Results button for the run to view the multiple forms.

Resolution

Generally, View Printed Results tab will be disabled. Kindly follow the below steps to enable Printed Result tab:

  1. Go to the General Ledger work center.
  2. Choose the Periodic Tasks view.
  3. Select the Statutory Reports subview.
  4. Click on Journal - Italy report.
  5. Select the Report Name:PQR.
  6. Click on View.
  7. Go to Next and click on Finish in the View Results tab.
  8. Click on Print Results tab.
  9. Click on View Created Reports Runs link or close and open the report again.
  10. Now the View Printed Results tab will be enabled.
  11. Once you click on View Printed Results tab and it open the generated multiple documents.

You can see all the related transactions in the multiple documents.
