Employee Profile - People Profile

1. Enable the feature "Show percent complete".
2. When a user first logs into the system they do not see the "Finish Your Profile" on the Homepage screen.
   
   
   
   
3. If they navigate to the Profile and then back to the Homepage they can now see the tile.
   
   

The Finish Your Profile tile works off the data that is filled in for the employee on the profile. Therefore you need to navigate to the profile to sync this data for the tile to update correctly.

After enabling the feature you need to go to the Profile and then back to the Homepage. (this only needs to happen once and the tile will show from then)

NOTE: For the Latest Home Page, if the tile does not show after you have gone to the Employee Profile and back to the Homepage to sync the data, it may be because there have been no changes to the percentage in the last 3 months. Please make an adjustment (this can be a dummy/temporary change) that changes the 'Finish Your Profile' percentage, and then go back to the Homepage to see if this resolves the issue. The tile should now be visible on the Homepage.
