2802621 - Unable to view previous years' income tax declaration when fiscal year is changed

Symptom

When user selects a previous year from the drop down, it still shows current year's data, though there is data for the user for previous year.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for a user and navigate to Income Tax Declaration section.
  2. Note that by default, ongoing fiscal year is selected.

  3. Select any previous year from the drop-down.

  4. After selection of "Fiscal Year 2018-19", the selection automatically reverts to "Fiscal Year 2019-20".
  5. You can check in Manage Data that data exists for the user for "Fiscal Year 2018-19". 

Cause

This is a bug filed with the engineering team.

Resolution

Currently the engineering team is investigating the issue. As a work-around, admins can see the data in Manage Data or Export it from Import and Export Data.
