2802657 - Role Based Permission for Executive Review is not getting saved

When enabling Executive Review Export permissions in Manage Permission Roles, the setting is not getting saved

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Go to Admin Center > Set User Permissions > Manage Permission Roles

2. Select role

3. Click on the Permission... button

4. Navigate to User Permissions > Compensation and Variable Pay

5. Tick the checkbox for Executive Review Export - Compensation
   

6. Click Finished/Done, then Save

7. Reopen the permission

8. Click on Permission... again, and navigate to Compensation and Variable Pay - the Executive Review Export permission remains unchecked
   

This is due to a data issue.

Please contact support help clean up the data on the back end. In the meantime, instead of selecting All, select Others, then manually select the templates. Use ctrl+click when selecting multiple templates.
