An error message appears each time you try to launch a form.

1. Select the "Launch Forms" tool in the Admin center
2. An application error occours as below:

• Check your Data Model in Provisioning
• In the Data Model file > Search for the id=Division, id=Department and id=Location.
• The above values needs to be hard coded in the data model for the launch forms tool work.

Note: If you do not have access to provisioning please open an case with Cloud Product Support to assist.

• The values Division, Department and Location need to be hard-coded in the Data Model.
• These fields are Standard-elements that are required in the Data Model to allow the system to use the Launch Forms tool.
