Trying to save a Job Information change the following error occur:

Sorry an error occurred while executing position processes. Reclassification or Transfer Error: [Customer Message]

• Position Management

1. Go to Employee Profile
2. Click on Take Action
3. Select Change Job and Compensation Info
4. Perform a change on Job Information fields
5. Hit Save OR Approve the triggered workflow

Result: Sorry an error occurred while executing position processes. Reclassification or Transfer Error:

A Raise Message rule that set's a custom message ("Position ID was created" in my example) is configured as Error severity on the position object not allowing the Job Information to Position synchronization to save data from Position Reclassification or Position Transfer.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Configure Object Definitions -> Select Object Definition
3. Position
4. Look for Save and Validate rules triggering error messages.
5. Remove or readjust the conditions to meet the required scenario.

Sorry an error occurred while executing position processes. Reclassification or Transfer Error, not possible to update job information, an error occur when trying change job information, not able to save job information changes , KBA , LOD-SF-EC-POS , Position Management , Problem
