2802722 - Link to Home Page in Email Layout Header Component is not Redirecting Properly - Recruiting Marketing

When I try to create Email Layouts in Career Site Builder and I want to set up a Home Page link in the header component, such link is redirecting to incorrect page instead of the RMK career site Home Page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

1. From Admin Center access Manage Career Site Builder

2. Click on Layouts > Email

4. Create a new email layout

5. Add the Header component

6. Click on the Header component

7. Type the text "Home Page" in the Header Text area

8. Select the text "Home Page" and click on "Open Link Editor" in formatting bar

9. Select Type = Home Page and click OK

10. Click on Preview button

11. Click on "Home Page" link

12. You will not be redirected to RMK career site.

Engineering team is aware of the issue and is working to have a fix soon.

In the meantime you can use the workaround described in the following steps:

1. From Admin Center access Manage Career Site Builder

2. Click on Layouts > Email

4. Create a new email layout

5. Add the Header component

6. Click on the Header component

7. Type the text "Home Page" in the Header Text area

8. Select the text "Home Page" and click on "Open Link Editor" in formatting bar

9. Select Tye = External

10. Fill the Title and Text fields

11. Fill the Source with your RMK career site URL (e.g. https://jobs.customer-example.com)

12. Click on OK
