2802783 - What status 'Inactive' means in group activity group on SAP JAM

The status of some groups are setup as "inactive" under the Group Activity Report of SAP Jam.

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Go to SAP Jam jam
2. Check your groups
3. See some groups as inactive

Most of the time, creators of public groups want to prepare the layout and content before members see it and did not activated the group yet. Or the Users do not have to be members to see content in active public groups.

You can inactivate a group removing all the users of the group or if the group is new, if you do not invite anyone to the group, it will be inactive.

In order to have those groups as active, the admin of the group has to update the name, invite users to the group and change the group type and invite policy, if desired.
