2802787 - Error M8281 when posting both planned and unplanned delivery costs - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When trying to post an invoice with negative Unplanned Delivery Costs (UPC) and Planned Delivery Costs (PDC) with no goods items, error "M8281 - Unplanned delivery costs will lead to negative value" is raised even though the balance for the total amount is positive (PDC > UDC).
