Symptom

After upgrading the SAP Kernel to the versions listed below, RESIZE_EM_ALLOC_ERROR and SPOOL_TEMSE_ERROR runtime errors started to occur

This causes unexpected terminations in ABAP programs TASK_VITAL_RUN and SRT_SEQ_DELETE_BGRFC_QUEUES, respectively.
