Symptom

  • When there are no payroll cluster after go live, the Gratuity Exemption /4E8 is not calculated in the system.
  • When MGIN Gry avg sal pre-instln wage type is used for updating 10 months average salary , still Gratuity exemption is not calulated.
  • How to calculate Gratuity exemption, when 10 months payroll results do not exist in SAP system (when Go-live/data takeon)
  • Incorrect Gratuity exemption calculation for employees with less than 10 months of payroll history in SAP after Go-live
