2802980 - You Can't Edit Output Settings if the Sales Order is completed.

You want to edit output settings after the sales order was completed.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Order work center, select saels order "ABC" (where ABC stands for saels order you have selected)
2. The status of saels order "ABC" is Completed
3. Click You Can Also button, Edit Output Settings button is grayed out
4. Select saels order "DEF"(where DEF stands for saels order you have selected)
5. The status of saels order "ABC" is In Process
6. You can click Edit Output Settings button

 This is current system design.

 When the status of the sales order is completed, the output settings cannot be edited. You can only preview it.
