2802980 - Unable to Edit Output Settings for Completed Sales Orders

Editing output settings is not possible after a sales order has been completed.

1. Go to the Sales Order work center and select sales order “ABC” (where ABC represents the selected sales order).
2. The status of sales order “ABC” is Completed.
3. Click the You Can Also button, the Edit Output Settings button is grayed out.
4. Select sales order “DEF” (where DEF represents another selected sales order).
5. The status of sales order “DEF” is In Process.
6. The Edit Output Settings button is available and can be clicked.

 This is the current system design.

When a sales order has the status Completed, the output settings cannot be edited and can only be previewed.
