2803047 - How to delete Production Model of all statuses

You would want to know how to delete the Production Model which is not released for planning and execution, which is released for planning and execution and which is released for planning.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Planning and Production Master Data Work Center
2. Go to Production Models View
3. Select any Production Model

You see that Delete option is not available.

Deletion of Production Model is not supported in Business ByDesign.(Ideally Deletion of master data is not supported in Business ByDesign).

We can retain Production model by not releasing the production model for planning and execution so that the status remains in Check Pending and it will not be used in any of the production proposals creation.
