2803193 - How to copy user assignment roles in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When assigning a user access in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, how can we "copy from" another user's role assignment.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1902 or higher

To copy the user existing assignment roles, follow the following steps:

1. Go to Maintain Business Users
2. Search for the User ID of the user you want to copy from (This is important to ensure the downloaded file only contains this user's roles instead of all user's roles)
3. When only a single user is displayed click on Download > Download User Role Assignments
4. Open the file that was created, and replace the Username with the Username of the user you are copying the roles to. Save this file
5. Now back in Maintain Business Users click on Upload > Upload User Role Assignments
6. Specify the CSV file and either add or overwrite the user's role assignments
