2803222 - Fields Reset After Individual transfer of direct subordinates During Termination - Employee Central

During the process of Termination, when selecting a value for 'Transfer Direct Subordinates' dropdown, the termination screen refreshes, the value set by the business rule is removed, and custom field changes to "No Selection" or empty.

1. Create a business rule to set the field value of a certain custom field in the termination screen. 
2. During the process of termination, after populating some field, the business rule is setting the custom field value.
3. Select "Individual transfer of direct subordinates".
4. Notice the termination screen refreshes, the value set by the business rule is removed, and the field changes to "No Selection" or empty.

This is currently the expected behavior by the system.
