Symptom
When saving a job requisition template or uploading it via Provisioning, an error will appear about the originatorName or any operator:
"Warning: Operator field "originatorName" cannot be a custom field"
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Admin center > Manage templates
2. Try do some changes and click Publish or Save as draft
3. Then a validation error will be received:
Cause
After b1905, there's an added validation that all operators (such as "originatorName") should be defined as standard field instead of custom field.
Resolution
Since the "originatorName" or any operators are expected to be a standard field, then this explains why the warning error message appeared. There's also an existing enhancement request (RCM-61766) to show the "originatorName" as a standard field on Manage tempaltes, in order to avoid confusion and prevent misconfiguration on job requisition template.
