• There is an Error:12300 message in the DB log. 
  Error: 12300, Severity: 20, State: 2
  Internal error: in table 'E2E_EFWK_STATUS', database 4, the forwarded row (6169371, 33) pointed to by (6169374, 26) is invalid.
  Aborting the transaction
  
• When checking the data consistency of table using a 'dbcc checktable' command, you could find the Msg 15970 and a corrupted index name from the result.
  Msg 15970, Level 16, State 1:
  The forwarded row (6169371, 35) pointed to by row (6169374, 27) in partition ID 1638098391 is invalid.
  
• When trying to re-create the corrupted indexes on the table, the connection was terminated due to stacktrace.
