2803400 - Shortdump Exception in DAS while creating Docking Locations

While trying to create Docking Locations (in "Dock Appointment Scheduling" setup) a short dump occurs. ST22 transaction details look like below:

What happened? 
 The exception of class "/SCMB/CX_SCU_EXCEPTION" was triggered but not caught 
 anywhere in the 
 call hierarchy. 
 Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not 
 adequately responded to, ABAP program "/SCMB/SAPLSCU_SYSTEM" had to be 
 terminated.
