2803435 - DB2: SQL error "SQL code: -4743" occurred while accessing CDS view after the DB upgrade to V11

Symptom

After the DB upgrade to V11, shortdump DBSQL_SQL_ERROR is raised while accessing CDS view, for example SFUNC_FB_VIEW:

Runtime Errors DBSQL_SQL_ERROR
Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

SQL error "SQL code: -4743" occurred while accessing table "SFUNC_FB_VIEW".

Database error text: "SQL message: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] ATTEMPT TO USE A
FUNCTION WHEN THE APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY SETTING IS SET FOR A PREVIOUS
LEVEL"
