Symptom

When uploading Time Account-Time Account Details, an error occurs "Please fill out all the mandatory fields and then try saving the time account again"

Environment

Successfactors - Employee Central Time off

Reproducing the Issue

  • Import Time Account-Time Account details.
  • Error found in the job response file "Please fill out all the mandatory fields and then try saving the time account again".

Resolution

  • Check if all the mandatory fields are filled in the import template.
  • Check if there is any space in the external codes in the UI or in the import. It is not recommended to have space for external codes, therefore remove the space from external codes.
