Do we have a standard feature to select pay components based on different fields?

For example : Based on Employee Group, Employee Subgroup, Personnel area, Personnel subarea, Pay Scale Level, Pay Component we need to filter the pay components used in compensation

There is no standard feature to select/filter pay components based on different fields. However, you can try to configure business rules or use association or trigger a warning or error message.
