2803492 - VAT Return not Available for Matching Under Tax Payments

You want to match a Tax Payment ABC (ABC is the tax payment ID)  with a VAT Return DEF (DEF is the VAT Return ID), but cannot find the same for matching under Tax Payments.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the Tax Payments view.
3. Search for Tax Payment ABC and select it.

The Tax Payment status is In Preparation.

4. Click on View.

Under Tax Payments subtab, the VAT Return DEF is not available for selection.

The VAT Return has been already paid with another Tax Payment.

The VAT Return is not available or cannot be matched as this was already paid with another Tax payment.

You can check this as follows:

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the VAT Returns subview in the Tax Returns view.
3. Search and select VAT Return DEF.
4. Click View.

The VAT Return is already assigned to Tax Payment GHI (GHI is another tax payment ID).
