You want to enable a daily accrual for time accounts. This shall allow you to send time account postings on a specified date. But the functionality is not available in the standard configuration. Therefore you want to use a Custom Adjustments web service which can be called from any other non ByDesign system and where you can send the time account postings on any input date. But you cannot find Time Account Adjustments as Communication Scenario, and you don't know how to enable the desired scenario.
