What does the Closed Date represents when reporting on a Job Requisition?

1. Go to Ad-Hoc Reports;
2. Select Job Requisition to report on;
3. Find the field Closed Date;

This field is considered a system field and will be storing the date when the requisition is Closed, in other words, changed to a status configured with the 99999 on the picklist options.

This means that, a value will be recorded there every time the requisition is closed, manually, by an operator going there and closing the requisition, or automatically, when you have configured the requisitions to close automatically when filling all the number of openings.
