2803649 - Blank screen with Google Chrome due to 'Form submission canceled because the form is not connected'

Symptom

  • When trying to use an application using Google Chrome you get a blank screen
  • The issue is observed under either the AJAX Framework Page or Fiori Framework Pages
  • Checking the F12 Developer Console tab, you see an error similar to the below:
    "core_navigation.js?rid=028adcfac85fcd5232c90bchrecv7:formatted:2891 Form submission canceled because the form is not connected"
