2803662 - Credentials are not being accepted when opening a Story in SAP Analytics Cloud

When opening a Story based on HANA Live Data Connection (HCP), sometimes the system does not accept the database credentials in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• Live Data Connection to HANA HCP

1. Logon to SAC.
2. Open a Story based on Live Data Connection.
3. Notice that the pop-up window appears to enter credentials.
4. After entering the credentials, the system does not accept it and another browser based pop-up window appears and the credentials are not being accepted at all. 

The secondary prompt which is a browser pop-up does not come directly from SAC, hence it is not possible to authorize the user.

The problem can be fixed by canceling the browser pop-up and then re-entering the correct credentials in the SAC based pop-up.
