Symptom

  • While applying SPs in SPAM or addon installtion using SAINT or upgrading a system using stack in Software Update manager (SUM) an error is reported:
    The system found conflicts for add-on "COMPONENT" release "XXX" e.g.:

    2EETN219 The system found conflicts for add-on "IS-OIL" release "617" (see list):
    3 ETN220 Support Package "SAPKH61710" of software component "SAP_APPL" release "617"
    4 ETN225 ... has conflicts with "IS-OIL" release "617" - piece list: "SAPK-604DGINISOIL"

  • You don't know how to find the Conflict Resolution Transport  (CRT)  for the displayed SP
