The following error message is received when running the process EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee

"Error: Error invoking soap operation; Caused by: HTTP transport error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; Caused by: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; Caused by: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; Caused by: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"

In order to fix this issue, follow the steps below:

1. Select the environment that is receiving the error message;

2. Click on Environment Extensions;

3. On Connection settings select EC Workforce – EmpCenter SOAP Web Service;

4. Uncheck the "Use Default" in the Trust SSL Server Certificate and Client SSL Certificate from the Environment Extension connection of the iFlow and not provide any certificate value.

5. Rerun the process.
