2803766 - IBP Key Figure load fails with error about mandatory non-root attribute missing

• Loading of key figure (KF1) data through data integration fails;
• OR, key figure update as a result of update to attribute as key figure (aakf) fails.
• The error given in the IBP application log is the following:

Mandatory non-root "ATTRIBUTE1" in source MD MASTERDATA root PERPLANLEVEL PLEVEL "ATTR1";"ATTR2" not found

Note: the ATTRn attributes will differ but will be root attributes of the PERPLANLEVEL planning level

An example: Mandatory non-root "ATTRIBUTE1" in source MD PRODUCTIONRESOURCE root PERPRODLOCRESSRC PLEVEL "LOCID";"RESID";"SOURCEID" not found

• Attribute ATTRIBUTE1 has Mandatory set for "Attribute Category" on the Attributes tab in the Planning Areas configuration app.
