You have set up a layout for main brand, but your job requisitions are not being displayed with this layout.

The cause is usually because there is a confusion between "main brand" and brand by default.

With layout, there is no brand by default. So "main brand" will only affect the job requisitions that have the field brand completely empty.

If there is a value in the field brand, for example "gold", but no layout has been created for "gold", then no layout is going to be displayed, even if there is a layout created for "main brand".

Make sure that you have a layout set with the exact name for the brand of the job requisition you are looking at.
