How to allow half day leave in time off?

Successfactors - Employee Central Time off
Resolution
You can request for half day by setting the field 'Permitted Fractions For Unit Day' in the 'Time Type' configuration (Manage Data -> Time Type) as "Half day bookings allowed".
Note that this setting is not evaluated if flexible requesting is active for the time type and the work schedule.
