Issue is related to Entity Name for Dashboards.  Entity name is tracking the internal ID and not the name of collection/dashboard.

Entity name is tracking the internal ID and not the name of collection/dashboard, this is observed in the Database also.

This is expected behaviour, only the internal ID is logged.
