2804238 - Internal job postings are not appearing in the Internal Career Site Powered by Career Site Builder - Recruiting Marketing

I'm trying to post jobs from Recruiting Management (RCM) in our Internal Career Site (ICS) powered by Career Site Builder (CSB) but the jobs don't appear in the Recruiting Marketing (RMK) site.

• SAP SuccessFactores Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
• Internal Career Site (ICS) powered by Career Site Builder (CSB)
• SAP SuccessFactores Recruiting Management (RCM)
• Identity Authentication Service (IAS)

1. In RCM go to Recruiting
2. Create a new job requisition or choose an existent one
3. Click on Job Postings
4. Post a job requisition internally
5. The job will not appear in RMK site for employees logged in

Mandatory RMK fields for internal job posting were not mapped from the job requisition.

The configuration under Admin Center > Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping must be done.

Follow the below steps to complete the configuration:

1. From Admin Center go to Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping
2. Map the Recruiting Marketing Field Internal Job Title to a Recruiting Management Field
3. Map at least one of the 4 location fields (Country, City, State, Postcode) to a Recruiting Management Field. Only one location field is required for posting but it is strongly recommended to map at least country and city for successfuly location mapping.

Note the Internal Job Description is currently not required for posting to ICS but it is strongly recommended to map it also.

Once you complete the changes, make sure the job requisition has the mapped fields populated before posting the job internally.
