2804279 - Cannot use the sql() function with a JDBC adapter - Data Services

Symptom

  • Cannot call sql function when the datastore is a JDBC adapter datastore.
  • Error: "The script <script_name> contains an invalid expression. Additional information: <Adapter datastore <datastore_name> cannot be used in a sql() function because the adapter does not support this functionality.>. (BODI-1111242)" 
  • Using the sql() function via a JDBC adapter.
