2804287 - feature not supported: Create database command on SYSTEMDB only

Symptom

You are trying to create a new tenant database and when executing the command you get the error below:

hdbsql <SID>=> CREATE DATABASE <SID> SYSTEM USER PASSWORD ********** 7: feature not supported: Create database command on SYSTEMDB only SQLSTATE: HY000
