2804712 - Item Classification becomes external after connector run

After running a item connector , new items and old items that are set to have the item classification to something other than external are being set as external. Example: The CPNT_TYPE_ID is set to ONLINE and still marked as external which is reserved for OCN courses.

If the ITEM_SOURCE is not Null, then we will classify the item as a OCN/EXTERNAL Course

Verify and remove any data located in the ITEM_SOURCE Field.
