2804772 - How-to customize the offline summary template

Symptom

You would like to customize the offline summary template for Tickets / Work Tickets.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

Prerequisite: You have followed KBA 2575894 - Generate Offline Summary Activation Request to generate summaries for Tickets / Work Tickets.

  1. Go to the Administrator  Work Center.
  2. Go to the Business Flexibility View.
  3. Select: Local Form Template Maintenance.
  4. Search for the template called Ticket.
  5. Copy that template as a new template, name it and click Save.
  6. Now search for that template in the Drafts filter and edit it.
  7. The template edit floorplan opens, where customizations can be done.
  8. After that is done, click OK, save it and publish the template.
  9. After the template is published, it can be seen in the dropdown in offline mode (which is a custom template).
