 Contingent Worker Hired To Regular Employment Still Shows As Contingent Worker In People And Action Search

1. Hire Contingent Worker to Regualar Employment

2. Search in People And Action Search

3. You will find they are still labeled as Contingent Worker

If you have enabled "Search Inactive User", both of the employments (Active and Inactive) will be searched for. The contingent worker label will show if one of the employments was a contingent worker. This is expected system behavior confirm by the product manament team.

This is expected system behavior however the only alternative would be to disable the "Search Inactive User" feature.

• Navigate to Admin Center>Company System and Logo Settings
• Disable "Search Inactive User"
• Search results will now only show active users and will not show a contingent work label if there is an inactive contingent worker employment
