Symptom

The Check Tool is a technical tool designed to check for invalid data or configuration issues.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Resolution

1. Configuration:

  • Enable "access check tool" RBP:

2. Check Items

  •  Go to Admin Center > search "Check Tool" > search "Workflow" in Application selection box:

  • Check the item you want to runt the check and click the run button on the bottom. If the item has invalid data, it will show result on right. It there is no invalid data, it will display a green check mark.
