2805218 - SAP Contact Center DTE reporting errors - system referencing old OLAP DB that does not exist anymore

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • data is not collected anymore
  • DTE and MSSQL logs indicate similar error:
    • Error ErrorCode="3239313412" Description="Errors in the metadata manager
    • Either the database with the ID of 'ContactCenter_OLAP' does not exist in the server with the ID of 'XXXXXX'
