SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Learning Administrator changed the Item Thumbnail in LMS side, but it does not reflect in CDP when users are looking for Learning Activities in CDP.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
Cause
CDP will load the default Item Thumbnail from Learning library. No customized thumbnail will be loaded by CDP.
Resolution
This is the system currenct expected behavior. If there is a business need to change the system behavior, please feel free to suggest this change as System Enhancement Request. Please refer to the SAP Note below for further guidance.
