Symptom

When you import Account master data using Data Workbench, system throws below error

Second business partner in relationship isn't valid. Please correct.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench work center
  2. Download the template for Account
  3. Fill necessary values
  4. Upload the file for Import

Cause

Cause for the issue is that you have added contact ID in the template which doesnt exist in the C4C system. Hence it is a reference to a non-existing business partner which causes the import to fail.

Resolution

Update the template with existing contacts to overcome this issue
