Resolution
For Live Customer(s):
Raise ticket to support with the following information:
- Company ID
- ONB Account ID
- Data Center
- Environment
- Candidate name
- Field name (key) in Onboarding
- Current value
- New value
For Product Support:
- Find the candidate in SupportMate
- Search for the key customer requests to be updated
- Double click ok it
- Insert the correct information and click Save HRData button
