Symptom

Customer request to correct Location (or any other field) information for a candidate

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Resolution

For Live Customer(s):

Raise ticket to support with the following information:

  1. Company ID
  2. ONB Account ID
  3. Data Center
  4. Environment
  5. Candidate name
  6. Field name (key) in Onboarding
  7. Current value
  8. New value

For Product Support:

  1. Find the candidate in SupportMate
  2. Search for the key customer requests to be updated
  3. Double click ok it
  4. Insert the correct information and click Save HRData button
