How to unlock the Candidate Profile of a locked candidate in the Admin Center?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center
- Manage External Password Policy
- Reactivate External Candidate Account
- Enter the email address of the candidate
- Click on Reactivate User Account
Resolution
This feature is a legacy one and it is not working as expected, hence it is going to be deprecated also because candidates can unlock themselves by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?" and resetting their passwords. Please provide this reference number to your CSM to get updates on this: RCM-33528.
