2805762 - Accruals are created by a different user than System Generated

You have noticed that for some employees, the accruals seems to have been created by the admin user or other employee:

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Select any employee;
2. Go to Administer Time;
3. Check the Time Account Postings;
4. See that you have some posting generated by a different user;

Expected behavior.

• If you have multiple calendars run simultaneously, you'll see that some calendars will assume the status 'Waiting For Others'. This means that these calendar runs are added to a queue where a Job is executed completing one by one. When this happens, the accrual is created by the user who triggers the Job, which would explain why you can see in some cases different users appearing there.
• Additionally, if you have a recalculation running, the 'Created By' assumes the user who triggered the recalculation Job is the one who created it.
• Any posts in manage time off calendars to post specific accruals (you can confirm by checking manager time off calendars or checking Manage Data -> Time Account Change Calendar)
