As per enhancement request 217984, while there was no delivery of any kind of "black list" capabilities for applicants as this has legal implications, we have made significant progress to mitigate issues created by BOT activity. Our latest account authentication capabilities delivered in 2H 2024 include advancements in BOT identification, and mitigation. For additional security and protection, the multi-factor authentication, OTP and captcha can be enabled which will eliminate unwanted BOT activity. These have also been improved with our new authentication service.
