2805763 - Block Candidates from creating an account and/or applying to Job Requisitions

• Is it possible to block candidates from applying to or accessing Job Requisitions?
• Is it possible to block certain email domains from creating a candidate profile?
• Is it possible to prevent the candidate profile creation based on a list of email addresses that should be blocked?
• Is it possible to prevent candidates creating accounts with a fake first name and/or last name?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

From an RCM point of view, it is not possible to prevent candidates from applying to Job Requisitions.
From an RMK point of view, it is not possible to prevent candidates from accessing the public RMK site.

Also, it is not possible to block candidates from creating an account and/or to use fake details such as email address, first name, last name.

Additionally, there is currently no tool that can filter any email domains to prevent them from account creation.

Product Management have marked it as For Long-term Consideration with a Decision update in Q2/2024.

A suggestion would be to enable Captcha and OTP features as these will delay the candidate in creating profiles and will act as a deterrent.
