When launching the Report Designer Tool (PRD), an error is thrown and the line below is included:

• java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini).

2. Error message is thrown

This error is triggered by an anti-virus scan (e.g. McAfee On-access Scan) on the client machine.

Turn off any anti-virus software, or add an exception rule for the Report Designer Tool (PRD) process.
