2805831 - ILM actions block is not available in report FI_TF_GLF_WRI

Symptom

When running transaction IRM_CUST, you can see that archiving object FI_TF_GLF has been included into ILM enabled objects. However in transaction SARA, you cannot view ILM actions block in FI_TF_GLF_WRI report.
