The Learning admin needs to change the rules that controls the PIN.

There is no option to impose minimum, maximum, and character restrictions on user and admin PINs in LMS. Currently, the available settings around PINs can be found in the Electronic Signature Settings (under System Admin > Configuration > Global Application Settings), which include how often users have to change their PINs.

You may also prevent users from setting their password as their PIN by setting the parameter "rules.PasswordSameAsEsigRule.enabled" to true (System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > PASSWORD_POLICY).

Other than that, the rules for the PIN are set as is.

You may also propose to have such functionality included in future versions of the LMS by posting your suggestion to the SAP Influence Portal (https://influence.sap.com/successfactors). We highly suggest that you include a business case so that our Product Management team (who monitors the portal) can better understand the benefit of having such functionality implemented into the product.
